Our haunted house is a theme attraction designed to scare and entertain our guests by simulating horror experiences.

Safety is our top priority for both our guests and actors. We have security cameras throughout the haunt for added security. However, the Haunt may not be suitable for young children or people with certain medical conditions. 

Visitor Guidelines:

Safety rules and guidelines can also be found at the Haunts main entrance:

-Stay on designated pathways, do not to touch props or performers, and keep a safe distance from other guests.

-Any guest found to be behaving inappropriately is subject to prompt removal from the facility at any time with NO REFUND. This includes the following.

Under the influence of ALCOHOL, ILLICIT DRUGS, MARIJUANA, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, AND/OR ANY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. 

-Weapons, guns, blades, knifes, explosive devices, pepper spray are not allowed.

-Aggressive and disruptive behavior is prohibited. 

-We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS

The average time can vary based on factors such as group size, visitor pace and how they react to the scares. 

Tickets can be purchased in person at the ticket counter. We accept cash and credit cards, and an additional fee may apply to credit card transactions. 

YES!! 

We do not offer refunds if you decide to leave before completing the attraction but we have the "Chickens Corner" where you can wait for your friends to exit the haunt, check out the photo booth and enjoy a chilled drink.  If you are asked to leave the premisis at any point, there will be no refunds. 

We are open rain or shine...we are an indoor haunt.

There is no specific dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. 

Backpacks and hoodies are NOT allowed. 

While there is no age limit, we ask that parents/guardians make the discretion based on their child's emotional and mental capacity to ensure that the content is appropriate for their child, as some haunted houses may not be suitable for young children. Unfortunately, we do not offer ticket refunds.  

Photos and videos are prohibited while in the haunt to preserve the experience and protect the privacy of the actors. We do encourage you to take pictures in the "Chickens Corner" and tag us on your social media.

Emergency Exits:

All emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the haunted house Keep these and are easily accessible at all times. Our staff is trained to assist visitors in finding and using emergency exits if needed.

Lighting:

There is adequate lighting in areas where visitors walk to prevent tripping hazards.

However, we use dim or colored lighting to create a spooky atmosphere while ensuring it does not compromise safety. Guests with medical conditions should be aware we do have strobe lights and flash lighting throughout the Haunt. 

Trip Hazards:

We regularly inspect the haunted house for trip hazards such as loose props, wires, or uneven flooring. Props and decorations are secured to prevent them from falling or causing accidents. We ask that props and décor not be touched. 

Fire Safety:

All local fire safety regulations and codes are followed. Props, decorations, and costumes are fire-resistant or flame-retardant.

Many fire extinguishers are readily available and staff is trained on their use.

Electrical Safety:

Wiring and electrical components are covered from areas that may come into contact with water or other liquids. 

Staff Training:

Staff members are trained on safety protocols, including emergency procedures and first aid. Our actors and scare performers know how to interact safely with visitors, we ask our guests to avoid physical contact or aggressive behavior with the actors. We will not tolerate any taunting or touching of actors. 

Security:

Security measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Any unruly behavior or disturbances will not be accepted.

Accessibility:

Our haunted house is accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Crowd Control:

We limit the number of visitors allowed inside the haunted house at one time to prevent overcrowding. If you are in a large group and would like to enter together, please arrive and be ready with tickets at the same time slot. 

First Aid:

We have a well-equipped first aid station with trained personnel on hand to provide immediate assistance if needed.
