Admission fee is $27 per person. Tickets can be purchased online. To avoid fees, cash purchases are available at the door.
Yes, tickets are only valid for the night they were purchased for. If you cannot attend the day you purchased tickets for, send us an email and we will do our best to transfer your tickets to a different day during this season.
We are open Fridays/Saturdays from 7pm-11pm and Sundays 7pm-10pm. Our last day of the season will be Sunday, November 3rd.
No. A new ticket is required for each visit.
Yes, we are completely accessible and encourage guests who may need special accommodations to reach out to us before hand.
Visitors should be in good physical health and able to navigate through dark walkways, We do not recommend Worlds Largest Haunted House for individuals with heart conditions, back or neck problems, or other medical conditions that may be aggravated by the physical demands of the experience.
Guests who suffer from asthma are encouraged to carry inhalers due to fog machines.
Anyone suffering from epileptic illnesses should be aware we do have strobe lighting.
We do not recommend that expectant individuals visit our Attraction. Other guests could easily bump or fall into pregnant guests when scared. Safety First!
We recommend our guests be at least 10years or older. But then again, we do not parent other kids so its up to the parents discretion. However, CARRYING A CHILD through the maze IS NOT ALLOWED
Woohoo…parking is free and plenty of it! We are conveniently located off the 101 exit. We are next to the Garlic City Casino, near the Gilroy Outlets.
Yes and No. For safety reasons, patrons are allowed to wear costumes with the exception of masks. If roller skating, the costume should not interfere with the ability to safely skate.
Due to liability reasons we cannot have roller skating through the maze. Trust us..we wish we could too! Roller skating will be limited to the roller rink are only.
Yes! We offer skate rentals for $7. You are also welcome to bring your own skates with paid Admission.
While helmets and pads are not required, we highly encourage them for beginners or children to ensure safety.
We do not offer skating lessons at this time.
Safety is key! No fast skating, weaving through skaters, or sudden stops are allowed. We also ask that all skaters follow the posted rink rules and listen to staff for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety. Those in violation of these rules may be asked to modify their behavior or leave the property without a refund.
Smoking and Vaping are only allowed in designated areas outside. Smoking and Vaping are NOT allowed indoors, in the queue lines or midways.
No backpacks. No pets. No weapons. No alcoholic beverages. No photography of any kind. No strollers. No children under 7. No carrying children of any age. No smoking. No vaping. No laser pointers or flashlights. No food or beverages. No large umbrellas. No masks or props. No touching the props or actors. And no pets.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing and socks for your skates. No sharp objects or anything that may damage the rink surface. Socks are required.

We are fortunate to be in a covered building so we will be open rain or shine.
